Carrots are Ready for Harvesting!

The carrots are ready for harvesting.

We usually pull a few at a time in order to have fresh, crisp carrots for a snack, or sliced either to put in a salad or freshly cooked. I’ve tried freezing them, but prefer to just pull fresh ones. As the days become longer, the carrot tops will flower and bloom. Enjoy them best before they start blooming!
