Sweet Potatoes: Nutrition and Recipes

This year, we tried to grow sweet potatoes for the first time; however, they were planted too late so the tubers did not get large enough for the table — we will definitely try again next year!

We enjoy dishes from both Sweet Potatoes and White Potatoes—so, we’ll keep including both of them for our meals.
